China (Fujian) International Trade Single Window is a key project for our province to implement the construction of "Digital Fujian" and promote cross-border trade facilitation. The 4.0 version launched this time focuses on providing full-chain integrated services, applying new generation technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and blockchain to comprehensively integrate import and export business flows, cargo flows, information flows, and capital flows to achieve customs, The integrated full-chain operation of port, trade, taxation and banking makes trade simpler and smarter, trade data sharing more transparent and mutually trustworthy, and promotes management innovation in the fields of customs clearance, taxation and financial services.

Take financial services as an example. After the single-window financing system is launched, banks can obtain real data such as the import and export status of enterprises through the Huisutong platform, providing banks and other financial institutions with accurate and intuitive reference for enterprise production and operation information indicators, optimizing the approval process, and significantly reducing the approval time. For small and micro enterprises, online credit extension can be completed as soon as the same day. Our province is also the first in the country to launch the "Small and Micro Credit Traffic Light" service function of export credit insurance, providing small and micro export enterprises with a simple identification and query tool for overseas buyer transaction risks.

In the next step, China (Fujian) International Trade Single Window will continue to focus on technological innovation, model innovation, and application innovation, continue to deepen the "single window" model, fully serve enterprises, and serve our province's ports.
