1. Open the main interface of the mobile phone and enter "Settings".

2. On the "Settings" page, find and click "Cellular Mobile Network".

3. On the cellular mobile network page, find "Cellular Mobile Data Options" and click Enter.

4. In the cellular data options page, find the "cellular data" switch and turn it on to turn on the traffic function.

5. In the same page, you can set the usage of each application.
