Hunan online court was officially launched in May this year, it is based on the extranet litigation service platform, for the parties and litigation agents to provide online filing, payment, evidence exchange, reading, court, petition, electronic service and other online services. From filing to trial, from proof to cross-examination, from trial to mediation, all can be carried out online, and the parties and litigation agents need not go to the court to deal with the judicial business, breaking the traditional boundaries of time and space, greatly reducing the parties, especially the parties involved in litigation in different places, and saving litigation costs. The completion of the online court for bankruptcy cases, public interest group litigation and other cases involving more parties to arrange for court hearings difficult to provide a new solution to the idea. As of Dec. 21, 36 courts in the province have handled 1,453 cases through the online court system.
