Personal profile is an important module of their own strengths, characteristics, etc., a comprehensive statement, but also an important window of understanding of their own employer; unfortunately this point is ignored by most people.

Personal profile should include: who I am, company/project highlights experience, specialize in technology, style, perception of things, future planning. At the same time, the profile should be properly adjusted to the target position.

Case 1

I'm the Founder and CEO of Caper, a New York-based retail technology company. At Caper, we are leading the development of an AI-enabled self-checkout shopping cart that has been rolled out to major grocery stores in the US and Canada. Our goal is to reshape the brick-and-mortar retail landscape and change the way people shop at brick-and-mortar stores (which, by the way, still account for 92% of total retail sales).

I started my first business at the age of 14 and haven't stopped creating since. Throughout my journey I have worked as a waitress, construction worker, cashier, typist and mentor. I also spent two years as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan. I've tried them all.

Entrepreneurship is a daily reminder of humility, and it's addictive.

On the side, I'm an avid reader, a decent poker player (and any smart/strategic game), and (kind of) a minimalist.

I'm XX, with 8+ years of internet experience, working for Tencent and Ali, as well as 2 years of startup experience.

Specializing in big data platform construction. Early as the core of the Tencent distributed data warehouse (TDW), Tencent real-time computing platform (TRC) and Tencent real-time recommendation system construction (real-time processing 20 billion traffic every day), and has repeatedly won the A-class, S-class assessment; at the same time in the startup company as the person in charge of the combination of business needs, led the construction of the company's data platform, and successfully support the business to complete the transformation of information technology.

The value of technology is to support the business, to form a commercial closed loop, so in the past two years in the focus on the realization of technology at the same time also focus on the combination of business and technology, not for the sake of technology and technology, the lowest cost and efficient solution to the actual problem, is the core of technology.
