(1) The uploading speed of slpk data is slow, and more than 1G data needs to be uploaded separately using Pro uploading packages tool, and it takes a very long time. It also takes longer to publish the service.
(2) Errors may be encountered during the release of the large data volume 3D scene service.
Based on the current mechanism of Portal publishing services, the above problems can be solved by the following steps.
(1) By optimizing the upload mechanism to solve the problem of uploading the service time, the release service time can not be solved. The specific steps are as follows:
(a) Produce a small data volume slpk package and modify the name of the small data volume SPK to be published with the same name and suffix of the large data volume SPK. This is shown in the following figure.
(b) Upload or publish a small amount of SlPK package, you can upload it through the portal page or Pro, note that you can choose not to publish the service here, if you check the publish service, you need to delete the ScenceLayer type Item in My Content after uploading.< /p>

(2) Modify the ArcGIS Server PublishingTools service parameters. Enter the ArcGIS Server Manager page hosted by Portal and set the PublishingTools system service parameters, as shown in the figure below, and adjust the service timeout settings, which can be increased appropriately.
