Fresh storage, cold storage and quick-freeze storage are three types of cold storage, the difference is as follows:
1. Temperature is not the sameFresh storage, cold storage and quick-freeze storage temperature settings are not the same. Specifically:
Quick-frozen storage temperature is -35 ~ 40 ℃;
Fresh storage temperature: -2 ℃ ~ 5 ℃;
Refrigerated storage temperature: -18 ℃ ~ -25 ℃, 4 ℃ ~ 2 ℃;
2. Storage items are not the same
Fresh storage is mainly storage of fruits, vegetables, flowers and other products;
Refrigerated storage Mainly store cooled or frozen products, such as: meat, fish, dairy eggs, etc.;
Quick-freeze storage with the use of cold storage, such as for quick-frozen meat, dumplings, buns and other products, after the quick-freezing process will be transferred to the cold storage storage. Take the storage of durian as an example:
Before the durian is put into the freezer, it is recommended to put the durian into the -60 quick-freezing freezer for quick-freezing within 3 hours, and then put it into the freezer for storage after 1 hour of quick-freezing.
3. Different costs
The cost of different temperatures of the cold storage is different, such as cold storage, fresh storage and quick-freeze storage of the same size. Cost: freezer > refrigerator > fresh storage, because the freezer and refrigerator temperature is low, the power of refrigeration equipment and higher requirements. Therefore, the cost is higher.
