The 2023 province-wide unified examination for art majors for general college enrollment will be held from Dec. 3 to 29, 2022 (see Annex
1 for details of the examination time and the location of the examination centers for each art unified examination; see Annex 2 for details of the examination centers for the art unified examination).
In the current situation of the normalization of the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, in order to protect the lives and health of the majority of candidates and examination staff to ensure that the national education exams are safe, smooth and orderly, according to the General Office of the Ministry of Education, the General Office of the National Health Commission and the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Health Commission of the spirit of the relevant documents, the epidemic prevention and control of the relevant matters are informed as follows:
One, the pre-examination Preparation
1. Candidates must apply for the "Hunan Provincial Resident Health Card" (health code) and "communication big data trip card" (trip code) in advance 8 days before the examination.
2. Candidates must complete two nucleic acid tests (at least 24 hours apart) within three days before the examination.
3. Candidates must conduct continuous self-health monitoring 8 days before they take the examination (please refer to the time of the examination program in reverse chronological order), and print out the "Health Registration Form for Prevention and Control of New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic in Candidates for the 2023 Unified Examination for the Arts (hereinafter referred to as "Candidates' Health Form" see Attachment 3), and fill in and sign it faithfully. The form should be filled out and signed by the applicant.
4. Candidates must continuously monitor their health before 15:00 every day for 8 days before they take the exam, log on to the "Xiaoxiang College Entrance Exam" APP, click on the "Health Monitoring Report" menu, and fill in their health information according to the actual situation. Information. If you do not fill in the information as required, it may affect your participation in the examination.
5. Candidates who are in other provinces or who are not at the test center in the province should return to the test center 8 days before the test so that they will not be prevented from taking the test due to epidemic prevention and control. After returning to their place of residence, they should complete the risk screening in accordance with the local epidemic prevention and control requirements at the first time.
6. Candidates from other provinces are required to enter Hunan with a 48-hour proof of negative nucleic acid test, and after entering Hunan, they will be subjected to 2 tests in 3 days, i.e., after arriving in Hunan, they will be subjected to 1 landing test in time at the three stations, one traffic health service card point or the community, and the 2nd nucleic acid test will be carried out on the third day of their entry into Hunan.
Before the negative result of the 2nd nucleic acid test comes out, do not take part in gathering activities unless necessary, do not enter crowded public **** places, and avoid taking public **** transportation (the specific requirements are based on the latest epidemic prevention policy of the place where the test site is located).
7. Health code if the red code or yellow code to promptly report the college entrance examination registration place where the city (state), county (city, district) education examination institutions and the community (village), school or live in the hotel to report, cooperate with the relevant epidemic prevention work.
