There may be the following reasons:

1. The rear USB port is damaged, and you need to repair it;

2. Check whether the system turns off the USB port. Press the following methods:

(1) Right-click on My Computer and click Properties to open the Properties dialog box.

(2) Select Advanced System Settings-Hardware-Device Manager.

(3) Select Universal Serial Bus Controller. Find "UsB Root Hub".

(4) Right-click on "UsB Root Hub" and select Properties.

(5) Select Power Management and remove the checkmark before "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". And click OK to return, and then restart the computer that is.
