Today's college students difficult to find employment, I personally believe that the employer and college students caused by both sides of the situation, on the one hand, employers require college students to come out to work on all aspects of what are required for its will, on the other hand, the college student group once graduated on the demand for wages and treatment of the environment and benefits are relatively high, and employers are rarely able to meet the situation, thus resulting in the one hand, nowadays, college students complained about the difficulty of employment on the other hand, business employers complained about recruiting suitable college students. Therefore, I suggest: first of all, college students should correctly recognize their own ability and value, can not ask for too much, especially just graduated, should start from the bottom, slowly solidify their knowledge, the school and society are different environments, the knowledge learned in the school in the community may not be applicable, so slowly adapt to the laws of the community; employers should give more patience to college students. Should give a little more patience to the college students, not because they do a little bit wrong to complain or ridicule, to give them a space to grow and opportunities to encourage them, perhaps this way will usher in a harmonious situation between the two sides.
