Hebei Vocational College of Labour Relations is public.
Hebei Vocational College of Labour Relations (HVCLR) is a full-time public general higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Hebei Province and established for the record by the Ministry of Education, and is subordinate to the Hebei Provincial Federation of Trade Unions.
The predecessor of the school was the Cadre School of Hebei General Confederation of Trade Unions, which was founded in 1951; it was renamed as Hebei School of Labor Relations in 1987; Hebei Employees' College was renamed as Hebei College of Economics and Information Technology; and Hebei Vocational College of Labor Relations was renamed after the merger of Handan Employees' University and Hebei School of Labor Relations in 2008.
As of October 2020, the school has set up more than 20 majors in the three major discipline systems of management, engineering and economics, with more than 5,000 students enrolled in various types of academic education. Backbone specialties recognized by the project "Action Plan for Innovative Development of Higher Vocational Education (2015-2018)": mechatronics technology.
Big Data Technology and Application Specialization (National Key Construction Specialization) Big Data Technology and Application Specialization is based on Computer Information Management Specialization, which was upgraded to Big Data Technology and Application Specialization in 2017. The big data technology and application specialty is the largest, most numerous and best-managed specialty order in our college.
