Henan University's Artificial Intelligence and Big Data College is on the Lotus Street campus. The college's two majors, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and Big Data Technology, were established in cooperation***with KU Xunfei Co.

In order to adapt to the needs of the country's emerging strategies, support the high-quality development of a new generation of artificial intelligence industry in Henan Province, and help build Henan into a strong economic and manufacturing province. Henan University of Technology integrated disciplinary resources and established the College of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data in June 2019; in 2020, the college was approved as a characteristic and exemplary software college in Henan Province; in 2021, it was approved as the first batch of key modern industrial colleges in Henan Province, and it is the only modern industrial college of artificial intelligence in Henan Province.
