NetEase Cloud Mall can be opened in the NetEase Cloud Music app.

1. Open the NetEase Cloud Music app, click on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner, and then click Settings.

2. Click on the account page management.

3. Turn on the mall switch, and then find the mall entrance under the music service option on the personal account page.
