That one is only in the 03 version and the theater version of Shambhala's Conqueror.

The one called Lars (Wrath of the Seven Deadly Sins) is the child of Izumi, Edouard's teacher, who died at birth, and was sent to the Gate of Truth by Izumi after the human body was refined and he was recognized as not being a human being. After being sent to the Gate of Truth by Izumi, Lars grows up, and in the middle of the process, he gets his arms and legs (right hand and left foot) because of Edel Al's body refining process. After a while, he came out of the Gate of Truth and went to the island where Ed Al was practicing. He was recognized by Izumi and brought back to Sentral. He was transformed into an android by consuming the Sage's Stone sent to him by the android Envy (Jealousy), and became the only android capable of using alchemy (because of Edel, and could only use his right hand and left foot for alchemy). In the theatrical version of Shambhala's Conqueror, he fights against the alien body of the Bioroid Gratni (Overeater), and dies with Gratni in order to assist Al in his alchemy (alchemy requires the Sage's Stone inside the Bioroid). However, in the 09 version (FA) Rath is Grand President Bradley. The Grand President in 03 was Pryde (Arrogance). And Pryde in 09 is the Arch-President's son, Selim.
