The total investment of Pingtan Xinxing Park Comprehensive Development (Phase I) project is 6543.8+0.85 billion yuan, which is mainly used for the construction of commercial complex, flood control water system and standard factory buildings. Bai, the comprehensive development project manager of Pingtan Emerging Park, said that after the completion of the project, the supporting level of emerging industrial parks will be improved, the influence and attractiveness of attracting investment from the parks will be expanded, and the development of industrial clusters will be gradually realized. Archives and big data center projects have also been launched. The project is located in the north of the commercial operation center of Jinjing New Town with a total investment of 680 million yuan. After the completion of the project, the file storage capacity of the experimental area will be greatly improved, and the digital empowerment of the city will be further strengthened, laying a solid foundation for the construction of smart cities in the experimental area. According to the introduction of the relevant person in charge of the Economic Development Bureau in the early stage of the experimental area, there are 10 new major projects in the experimental area recently promoted by the provincial government, with a total investment of164.8 million yuan and a planned investment of 2.749 billion yuan in 2023.
