PMP certification examination center regulations
On the day of the exam, candidates are advised to arrive at the test center as early as possible, reserving enough time to cooperate with the test center staff for immunization testing. The official exam will start at 9:00 sharp.

20 minutes before the start of the test, the test notes and instructions for filling in the answer key will be read out/played in the test center, and the instructions will be read out only once. The invigilator will not read the instructions separately for late arrivals.

The check-in will stop 15 minutes after the start of the examination, and candidates arriving later than the specified time will not be allowed to enter the examination room.

Candidates who enter late after the start of the examination will not be given additional time to make up for the time lost in answering questions.

A friendly reminder: Candidates are required to confirm the address of the examination center on site on the day of the examination.

The list of materials that candidates must bring with them is as follows: examination pass, identity document, candidate's personal health record form (make a good record of daily temperature for 14 days prior to the examination), candidate's personal health statement, (bring a blank statement and sign it at the examination site), and proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours prior to the examination (counting from the time of sampling).

The rest of the candidates will also be required to present their location health code, communication big data trip card, and proof of negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours prior to the examination (counting from the time of sampling) at the time of admission as per the immunization requirements.

Examination Documentation Requirements:

(1) Upon admission, candidates must present both a paper letter of admission and a true, valid, personal, photo identification document, both of which are required. The type of identity document presented at the time of admission should be the same as the one used for registration.

Candidates who do not bring their paper admission letter or identity document will not be allowed to take the examination.

(2) Acceptable types of identity documents include: resident identity card, passport, military officer's license, driver's license, Hong Kong and Macao Resident Permit for Travelling to and from the Mainland, and Taiwan Resident Permit for Travelling to and from the Mainland

(3) Candidates should pay attention to checking the validity of their identity documents in advance and replacing the expired ones in time. Candidates with expired identity documents on the day of the examination will not be allowed to take the examination.

(4) Candidates who are in the process of replacing their resident ID cards or who have lost their resident ID cards may enter the exam with a temporary ID card within the validity period. However, the ID replacement voucher issued by the Public Security Bureau, etc. cannot be used as an ID to take the exam.

Examination epidemic prevention requirements:

In order to protect the health of the majority of candidates and test center staff, this examination new epidemic prevention requirements. 3. All candidates taking this exam must provide proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the exam (counting from the time of sampling), and other supporting materials such as vaccination records cannot be used in place of proof of a nucleic acid test.

4. On the day of the examination, if the candidates do not meet the admission-related vaccination regulations and requirements, the examination center and the examination staff have the right to refuse the candidates' admission to the examination.

5. On the day of the examination, candidates should bring their own masks that meet the requirements of epidemic prevention. In addition to checking the identity must be required to remove the mask, in and out of the test center and the examination process, must wear a mask throughout.

6. During the examination, if the candidates have fever, cough, sore throat, dyspnea, vomiting, diarrhea and other abnormal conditions, they should immediately report to the invigilator, and actively cooperate with the examination center in accordance with the relevant procedures for epidemic prevention.

7. Candidates should ensure that the submitted materials are true and effective, or bear all the responsibilities arising therefrom.

Important notes:

1. PMI clearly states that candidates are not allowed to use their own stationery, including their own pens, sharpeners, erasers, pencil cases, calculators and draft paper.

2. Each candidate will be provided with a new 2B pencil, eraser, calculator and draft paper in the examination room. If the literature is defective or need to replace the lead during the examination, please raise your hand to the invigilator to indicate. After the examination, please take away the pencils, erasers and calculators used by the candidates, the examination center will not be recycled.

3. Candidates are prohibited from bringing in watches, cell phones, and other electronic devices with recording, storage, or memory functions. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: iWatch, iPad, audio-recording pens, video-recordable eyeglasses, any electronic device with scanning, photo-taking, audio-recording and video-recording functions.

4. Candidates must turn off the power of their cell phones and turn off their cell phone alarms before entering the examination room. After entering the examination room, all personal belongings, including stationery, draft paper, books and materials, food and beverages, cell phones and other electronic devices should be put into the bag and stored in the designated storage area.

5. Once a person is found to be carrying any prohibited items to his/her seat during the examination, or is found to be carrying or using communication tools during his/her temporary departure from the examination room, he/she will be dealt with as a violation of the rules. The invigilator has the right to stop his/her examination and report the disciplinary record to PMI for follow-up.

6. All the contents of the examination and the filling in of the answer card are required to be done with 2B pencils provided by the examination center.

7. All answers must be filled in on the answer key; answers written on the test booklet or draft paper will not be scored. There will be no extra time for filling in the answer key and candidates are advised to do so directly on the answer key.

8. Please read the Instructions for Filling in the Answer Key carefully before the test, and make sure to fill in the answer key according to the specifications during the test. Note: If the candidate fills in the irregular, or personal information filled in the wrong, may lead to the answer card can not be accurately recognized and thus affect the individual results.
