Application Procedures

1. Applicants are required to download the Huma Angel Fund financial assistance application form through the official website of the Chinese Red Cross Foundation and the China Relief Network for Critically Ill Children, and submit an application for assistance to the Red Cross at or above the county level on the premise that they fully understand the "Guidelines for Application for the Huma Angel Fund" and submit the following information:

(1) A copy of the child's identity document;

(2) Documents proving the relationship between the child and the child's legal guardian;

(3) The application form for financial assistance from the Huma Angel Fund filled out by the child's legal guardian;

(4) Preliminary medical examination report of the child from a medical institution at or above the county level;

(5) A certificate issued by a people's government at or above the rural township, or an administrative agency at or above the urban street office, stating that the family has been given the right to apply for financial assistance by the Red Cross. office or above administrative organizations issued by the family's economic status certificate.

2. After reviewing the information reported by the applicant, the Red Cross at or above the county level will sign and stamp the Huma Angel Fund application form with its official seal, and submit it together with all the information submitted by the applicant to the office of the Huma Angel Fund Management Committee of the Chinese Red Cross Foundation.
