1. Candidates should pay attention to personal protection and avoid going to high-risk areas, crowded areas and people with suspicious symptoms within 14 days before the exam.

2. Candidates should measure their body temperature every day from/0/4 days before the exam, and record and monitor their health status. And download and print the "Integrity Examination and Health and Safety Commitment Letter of Candidates for the Unified Examination of Physical Education in Yunnan Province in 2022" (see annex), fill in the relevant information truthfully and completely and sign for confirmation. If there is any abnormal physical condition, you should seek medical attention and report it in time.

3. Candidates must apply for "Yunnan Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" before the exam, and print "Yunnan Health Code" and "Communication Big Data" in advance.
