If the borrower has employees who have paid the housing provident fund at a rate not lower than the prescribed normal deposit ratio, employees who have paid the housing provident fund at a rate lower than the prescribed normal deposit ratio, and indoor employees who have paid the housing provident fund centrally, the loan amount shall not be higher than the sum after calculating the maximum loanable amount respectively.
