First, individual housing loan business can be handled in all towns. Two, personal housing loans are limited to the purchase of ordinary housing for their own use and self-study and self-built housing for urban residents, and shall not be used to buy luxury housing. Three, banks should seriously study the "measures", strengthen the supervision and management of this business. New situations and new problems arising in the implementation of these Measures shall be studied and solved in time and reported to the Credit Management Department of the People's Bank of China.
