From 2065438 to September 2005, the Housing and Construction Departments of Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi provinces signed the Cooperation Agreement on Housing and Urban-Rural Construction of Urban Agglomerations in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River in Han. According to the agreement, on the basis of mutual recognition and mutual loan of housing accumulation funds in Wuhan, Changsha and Nanchang, it will be further extended to all cities to realize inter-provincial and off-site loans. This is the latest and largest provident fund off-site loan policy before the release of the detailed rules for the promotion of the national provident fund off-site loan work, but the specific time and related details of its implementation are still under discussion.
