5. according to the national, provincial, municipal and county measures on the management and use of various poverty alleviation funds and materials, manage and use them well, and supervise and inspect their use.
6. Plan, design, demonstrate and screen poverty alleviation and development projects together with relevant departments, report to the county leading group for poverty alleviation and development for approval, declare to provinces and cities and strive for poverty alleviation funds, and at the same time, do a good job in organizing and coordinating the project implementation.
7. in accordance with the unified arrangements of the county party Committee and the county government, organize and coordinate the work of social poverty alleviation and counterpart assistance, and be responsible for the management and use of poverty alleviation funds and materials donated by all sectors of society inside and outside the county.
