2. Take the ID card, household registration book, house purchase contract, real estate license and other materials needed to apply for a mortgage to the local postal bank;
3. Apply for a loan, take the application form and fill it out;
4. Submit the application form and related materials to China Postal Bank;
5. The bank examines and evaluates the application materials submitted by the borrower;
6. After approval, the borrower signs a loan contract with the bank;
7. Then the borrower goes through the mortgage registration formalities and the bank lends money to the designated account.
