According to the resolution of the minutes of the third meeting of Yulin Housing Provident Fund Management Committee in 2022, in order to further improve the personal loan rate of provident fund loans and give play to the efficiency of provident fund loans. Agree in principle that the housing provident fund loan policy of our city will be adjusted by stages as follows:
First, the housing provident fund loan conditions were adjusted to continuous, timely and full payment of housing provident fund for more than six months.
2. The formula for calculating the loanable amount of housing provident fund loans in the whole city is uniformly adjusted as follows: loan amount (rounded to 10000 yuan)-the balance of provident fund account in the month when the borrower applied for a loan * * * x 10/0 (multiple)+the monthly contribution of the borrower's provident fund in the previous year * * the number of months from the month when the borrower applied for a loan to the month of retirement.
Three, a number of joint venture buyers (buildings) to apply for housing provident fund loans, according to their share of property rights to calculate the loan amount.
This notice shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
