Article 4

Article 5

The name of a pawnshop shall conform to the relevant provisions on the administration of enterprise name registration. The industry expression in the name of a pawnshop shall be marked with the word "pawn". The name of any other business organization or institution shall not contain the word "pawn", and shall not operate or operate the pawn business in disguised form.

Article 6

Pawnshops engaged in business activities shall abide by laws, regulations and rules and follow the principles of equality, voluntariness, good faith and mutual benefit.

Article 9 The establishment of a pawnshop shall be approved by the Economic and Trade Commission of the local people's government at or above the county level, by the Economic and Trade Commission of the provincial people's government and reported to the State Economic and Trade Commission for the record.
