Eligible college graduates apply for national student loan compensation according to the following procedures:

2. Interim Measures for Compensation of National Student Loans for College Graduates Participating in "Three Supports and One Support"

Article 8

Eligible college graduates can apply for national student loan compensation according to the following procedures:

(1) Before going through the formalities of leaving school, the college graduates themselves shall submit the Application Form for Compensatory Funding of National Student Loan and the employment agreement signed by the graduates themselves, the employment unit and the school to serve grass-roots units in the western region and hard and remote areas for more than 3 years.

(2) When college graduates sign the repayment plan after graduation with the national student loan handling bank, they should indicate that they have applied for compensatory funding from the national student loan. If they are eligible for compensatory aid from the national student loan, they don't have to repay the loan to the bank themselves.

(three) colleges and universities according to the above materials, in accordance with the provisions of these measures, to review the application qualifications, and submit the relevant materials of qualified college graduates to the National Student Financial Assistance Management Center for approval.
