When buying a car, many friends negotiate the price with the salesman. As a result, they relaxed and fell into the sales routine when signing the contract. Seriously, it would be a pity if you were cheated for this. So it is necessary to tell you how we should sign the contract. I hope I can help you at a critical time.
First of all, first of all, be sure to indicate the configuration color of the car you bought in the contract. For example, if you buy Camry, you can't just write Camry, you should specify whether it is 22 or 23. Whether the configuration is the deluxe version or the leading version, and the guiding price, should be reflected in the contract. If you can't write clearly, I'm afraid you'll be happy to pick up the car and arrange an old or low-priced one for you. There is also the color of the appearance. For example, if you want silver, you can't just write a piece of silver in the contract. Because some cars often have two colors, Camry has opal silver and titanium gray silver. Opal prefers champagne. Titanium gray silver tends to be silver gray. If you are really not sure, go to the warehouse to see the real car.
Second, it is necessary to clearly write down the cost details, the discounted bare car price, purchase tax, insurance equipment and other expenses. For example, how much is the equipment, what is in it, and there are stickers and mats in it. Don't just write a movie. Is the film of the foot pad the film of the whole car or the film of the four-door glass? What brand and model is the specific time? Is the foot pad fully enclosed or semi-enclosed? If things are different, there is a gap in the cost of 4s stores. If it is not clearly marked, it may be cheaper.
Third, we must pay attention to insurance and purchase tax, subject to actual payment. If you buy it or the maintenance given to you by the store, you should write clearly whether the oil is fully synthetic or semi-synthetic, and whether it includes working hours and oil filter elements. These are easy points to step on.
The following three points are very important, and it is easy for 4S shops to play routines with you.
First, if you buy a car with a loan, you must write the loan amount and the agreed monthly repayment period into the contract. If your monthly payment is 150 yuan, it will be 5400 yuan if you pay it in 36 months. If you think your loan may fail, we must make it clear in the contract that the loan fails and the deposit will be refunded in full and within the specified time. Otherwise, even if you write a refund without writing the full amount and the specified time, the final time and amount will be greatly reduced.
Second, ask whether the sales can be repaid in advance, because some friends are not sure whether they need to buy a house in the next few years and need to repay in advance. If they can't repay in advance, it will really delay time and things. Even if you can repay the loan in advance, ask if there is any penalty (remember, if the sales are ambiguous, ask the bank specialist who handles the loan, and they must make it clear to the customer)
Third, we should clearly write down the specific time when we pick up the car in the contract, and never sign to pick up the car. This non-binding clause is completely unilateral, and it is entirely up to the 4S shop to decide, right? Be sure to indicate the latest delivery date. Then there is the production date of the vehicle. Domestic cars are best within three months, and they belong to small inventory between three months and six months. Further up is the overdue inventory, and the imported car is normal within half a year, which belongs to the overdue inventory car.
