Generally speaking, there are two payment methods: one-time payment and mortgage payment:

In case of one-time payment, the Buyer shall pay off all the house price in one lump sum to the Seller within the time specified in the Shenzhen Anju Commodity House Subscription Agreement;

For mortgage payment, the buyer shall, after signing the Shenzhen Anju Commodity House Subscription Agreement, apply to the housing provident fund trustee bank or the seller's cooperative mortgage loan bank for mortgage loan procedures, and pay the down payment within the time specified in the Shenzhen Anju Commodity House Subscription Agreement.

If the mortgage loan cannot be handled, the buyer shall pay off all the house price in one lump sum to the seller within the time agreed in the Shenzhen Anju Commodity House Subscription Agreement from the day when he knows or should know that the mortgage loan cannot be handled.
