The family residence of graduate students before enrollment is the birthplace of graduate students. If the home address changes due to the change of parents' work after entering school, the police station where the new address is located will issue a certificate of parents' household registration, and the new address where the graduate's family is located can be used as the birthplace of the graduate. The birthplace of a married woman is her spouse's residence.

The change of students' origin is mainly used for the transfer of household registration and files. For graduates who have already implemented their work units, their accounts and files are directly transferred to their work units, and it is meaningless to change the source of students; For graduates who have not implemented their work units and require to go back to the province to participate in the secondary distribution, it is best to change their students' sources so as to transfer their household registration and files back to the provinces and cities where their families are now located.

When going through the formalities of changing the source of students, graduates should apply to the school and provide relevant certification materials (the certification materials to be provided shall be subject to the requirements of the provincial and municipal education committees), which will be reported to the local provincial and municipal education committees for approval, and the graduates will go through the formalities of changing the source of students after the approval of the education committees.

Article 8 A borrower applying for a national student loan shall submit the following materials to the lender:
