Employees who have full capacity for civil conduct and have paid housing provident fund in this Municipality may apply for provident fund loans when purchasing, building, renovating or overhauling their own houses in this Municipality.

Article 7

Deposited employees who apply for provident fund loans (hereinafter referred to as "loan applicants") shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Having a legal and valid identity certificate;

(2) Before applying for a loan, pay the housing accumulation fund in full every month in this city 12 months. If the deposit is interrupted due to the reasons of the unit, the following provisions shall be met at the same time: the deposit shall be made in full every month for the first 3 months (inclusive) when applying for the loan; Before the loan application 12 months, the deposit has been interrupted continuously for less than 3 months (inclusive), and the accumulated deposit has not been interrupted for more than 5 months (inclusive), and the payment has been made;

(3) The balance of the provident fund account shall not be less than the amount paid in the last 12 months;

(four) have a stable professional income and the ability to repay the principal and interest of the loan in full and on time;

(5) Personal credit is good. In the personal credit report, the longest overdue period of personal loans in the two years before applying for loans is no more than 3 periods (inclusive) and the cumulative overdue times are no more than 6 times (inclusive), excluding overdue due to non-borrower reasons such as bank management;

(six) has paid the prescribed proportion of the down payment or deposit;
