Because the state does not recognize small property houses, it will not go through the registration procedures. Therefore, a small property right house cannot be mortgaged in a bank unless it is changed into a large property right house with a property right certificate. However, this does not mean that small property houses cannot apply for mortgage loans. Owners of small property houses can apply for mortgage loans or personal loans in private guarantee companies. Property right is essentially no property right, and the state stipulates that rural collective land cannot be sold. However, some houses are open to commercial rural collective land for sale, which is what we call small property houses. Of course, such houses are illegal and their rights and interests cannot be protected. Of course, the seller has no right to use the land, because the land is collective and the state is not allowed to sell it. The land use right certificate can't be done naturally.
