"Provisional Regulations on Assignment and Transfer of Urban State-owned Land Use Right" Article 33 When the land use right is mortgaged, the above-ground buildings and other attachments will be mortgaged. When buildings and other attachments on the ground are mortgaged, the land use right within the scope of their use is mortgaged accordingly. Thirty-fifth land use rights and the mortgage of buildings and other attachments on the ground shall be registered in accordance with the provisions.
