The conditions for buying a house in Shanghai are:

(1) Married persons can provide marriage certificate (marriage certificate);

(2) I have no room in Shanghai; (3) The age of the buyer is between 18 and 65 years old;

(4) Provide proof that social security or individual tax has been paid continuously in this city for 60 months or more within the first 63 months from the date of purchase (one-time payment will not be recognized) without interruption.
