Five disposal methods of non-performing assets
The five disposal methods of non-performing assets are as follows:

1, regular collection. If the customer has good credit in the past, the overdue time is short, the relationship between creditor's rights and debts is clear, and the borrower has the ability to repay and is willing to repay the loan, this method can be adopted. Generally speaking, the recovery rate is relatively high;

2. Debt restructuring. When the above two methods are difficult to recover cash or the cost is too high, and the borrower can continue to operate with good prospects and strong willingness to repay the loan, commercial banks can choose this method to extend the debt restructuring and set the borrower, amount, interest rate, term and guarantee, and transfer the loan to enterprises or individuals with strong solvency. In this way, the pre-trial conditions must be strictly implemented, otherwise the risk will only be overdue or expanded;

3. Internal verification. Internal write-off loans that cannot be recovered after a certain recourse period. The loan file is still there, but it has not been recorded and confirmed;

4. Entrusted processing. Different from before, the entrusted treatment is that the bank entrusts the non-performing assets to the asset management company, which takes various disposal methods to recover them, and the bank pays the handling fee to the asset management company;

5. Pack and transfer. Commercial banks transfer non-performing assets to asset management companies through bidding and auction, and the asset companies will conduct follow-up treatment after the transfer.
