Is the provident fund loan deducted from the provident fund first?
Provident fund loans do not deduct money from the provident fund first. Provident fund loans will not be directly deducted from the provident fund. For the provident fund hedging business, the repayment of the provident fund loan shall be deducted first. When handling provident fund loans, the money in the borrower's provident fund account will not be deducted, and the amount of provident fund loans will generally be provided in multiples of the balance of the provident fund account. When the provident fund loan is repaid, the specific deduction order shall be determined according to the repayment method.

If the provident fund hedging loan repayment business is handled, that is, the balance of the provident fund loan is used to repay the provident fund loan, the balance in the provident fund account will be deducted when the provident fund loan expires automatically, and the repayment will be deducted from the repayment bank card when the balance in the account is insufficient; If the repayment business of the provident fund hedging loan is not handled, the repayment of the provident fund loan will automatically deduct the balance in the repayment bank card, but will not actively deduct the balance in the provident fund account for repayment. If the repayment amount of the bank card is insufficient, it may lead to the failure to automatically deduct the payment in the current month, which is prone to overdue.
