Loans for ex situ poverty alleviation and relocation within the planning and adjusted local government bonds shall be given discount according to regulations. 3. If the poverty-stricken migrant workers (including monitoring and helping objects) can obtain stable employment, one-time transportation subsidies can be appropriately arranged for the poverty-stricken migrant workers who are employed across provinces. Take poverty alleviation workshops, work-for-work relief, production incentives, labor subsidies, etc. To promote the industrial development and employment income increase of poor laborers who return home to start businesses.
