4. Term of loan
It is necessary to clarify the start and end dates of loans and the solutions to overdue repayment. If you are not sure when to ask the borrower to return it, it is recommended that the lender not write the date of return, so as to ensure the 20-year limitation and not be unable to recover the limitation because of temporary forgetting. Anyone who knows the law knows that there is not much difference between the date when the book is returned and the date when it is not returned.
5. Loan interest
If you ask for interest, you must make it clear. According to the law, if there is no clear agreement to pay interest, it will not be supported if it is required to pay interest when returning.
6. Signature and seal
After the loan content is written, write the words "this receipt" at the end of the article or on a new line.
Sign the name and date of the borrower and lender in the lower right corner.

7. Leave a copy of your ID card and fingerprints.

Precautions:
1) Pay attention to the table. There should be no blank lines between the lines, otherwise it is easy for the holder to add other contents. Don't write with a faded pen. Pen with black ink or blue-black ink. If you write notes with ballpoint pens or other easily faded ink, your handwriting will become blurred if you encounter improper preservation, moisture or water immersion.
2) When repaying, the repayment person should pay attention to take back the IOUs, otherwise * * * will destroy the IOUs. If the lender claims that the loan is lost or damaged, the repayment shall require the lender to issue a receipt, and the repayment shall properly keep the receipt.
