According to Article 19 of the Measures for the Administration of Short-term Financing Bonds of Securities Companies (Announcement of the People's Bank of China [202 1]No. 10), the funds raised by short-term financing bonds issued by securities companies shall not be used for the following purposes:

2. Stock market investment;

3. Provide financing for clients' securities trading;

4. Long-term equity investment;

5. Other purposes prohibited by the People's Bank of China.
