Construction Status: Gansu section of G75 Blue Ocean in expressway, with a total length of 544 kilometers, runs from Lanzhou to Guanzigou. At present, Lanzhou-Lintao section and Wudu-Guanzigou section have been completed and opened to traffic. Construction of Lintao-Weiyuan section started in February 20 12, and it is planned to be completed and opened to traffic in 20 15. The feasibility report from Weiyuan section to Wudu section has been submitted to the National Development and Reform Commission for approval, and the construction of the experimental section has started. The total length of the Blue Ocean Expressway from Weiyuan to Wudu is 244 kilometers (within Longnan 138 kilometers), and the whole line is built according to the standard of two-way four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 80 kilometers per hour. The starting point of the project is located in Luyuan Village, Weiyuan County, Dingxi City, passing through Lianfeng Town of Weiyuan County, Mianhuqiao Township of Zhang Xi 'an County, Chengguan Town of Min County, Hadapu Town of Tanchang County, Shawan Town and Jiaogong Town of Wudu District, and the end point is located in Baiyang Village, Shimen Village, Wudu District, which is connected with the completed Wujiar expressway. The estimated total investment of the project is 37 billion yuan (static investment is 34.389 billion yuan), of which the central special fund (vehicle purchase tax) arranged by the state is 65.438+02.942 billion yuan, and the traffic construction fund arranged by Gansu Province is 620 million yuan, accounting for 36.6% of the total investment. The construction period is 5 years.

With a total investment of11700 million yuan, the G75 line of the National expressway Network-Lanzhou to Haikou in expressway, Gansu Province, and Wudu to Guanzigou (Wuguan) expressway was completed and officially put into trial operation at 0: 00 on February 26th, 20th13rd. Gansu and Sichuan achieved high-speed connection for the first time, opening up a new high-speed channel between northwest and southwest of China. The total length of the project is 130.32km, including 22 bridges 122 and 46 tunnels, with a bridge-tunnel ratio of 69%. The total duration of the project is 4 years. The sources of funds are subsidies from the Ministry of Transport, bank loans and self-financing in the province. Among them, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) loaned US$ 300 million, which is the second expressway in Gansu Province.

Blue Ocean expressway is estimated to have a total investment of more than 3.8 billion yuan, passing through four counties and three districts in Gansu and Qinghai provinces, with a total length of 106 km and nearly 8,000 mu of construction land. It is the main section of Dandong-Lhasa Highway, a national trunk line with "five verticals and seven horizontals" planned by the Ministry of Communications, and it is also an important channel connecting Qinghai Province and Xizang Autonomous Region.
