1. The handling bank shall transfer the loan of the borrower's first academic year in full to the account designated by the university within 2 working days from the date of signing the loan contract; Borrowing students' loans in the second academic year and the following academic year, within one month after the handling bank receives the list of borrowing students provided by institutions of higher learning in the current year, the handling bank shall transfer the full amount of the loans in the current year to the account designated by the university.

2. The handling bank can learn about the loans issued by colleges and universities and the use of loans by borrowing students.
