All commercial banks can provide commercial loans, as long as they meet the bank's conditions. Unless the developer cooperates with a designated bank, it can only obtain loans from the designated bank.
Conditions for applying for a shop loan:
①Have a legal and valid residence status;
②Have a contract or agreement for purchasing a shop house;
③ Have a stable career and income, good credit, and the ability to repay the principal and interest of the loan on time;
④ Have a down payment of no less than 50% of the total price of the shop purchased;
⑤ Agree to use the purchased store as collateral or provide assets recognized by the lending bank as collateral or pledge, or have a unit or individual with guarantee qualifications and sufficient solvency as a guarantor to repay the principal and interest of the loan and assume joint and several liability.
