Banks do not directly accept students' loan applications at school. To apply for a loan, students must submit a loan application to the designated department (usually the Student Affairs Office) of their school with valid documents before the start of the new school year 10, and receive and truthfully fill out the National Student Loan Application Form, the National Student Loan Application Letter and other related materials.
