"Staged products" is a staged service that JD.COM provides users with shopping first and then recycling. Users can purchase products in installments when placing an order in the mall, and they can get the goods by paying the down payment. Users only need to repay the money on schedule and apply for recycling the goods when it is due. If the goods meet the recycling standards at the time of recycling, the recycler shall repay the balance; If it does not meet the recycling standards, the final cost will be borne by the user. The installment rate is 0.75% (month), and the installment service fee = total amount to be repaid *0.75% (month).

I. Application Process of "Installment Payment"

1. Go to the Jingdong Financial app and click White Bar-Consumption Stage-Mobile Phone.

2. Select the products to be used by stages, and click the "Use by Stages" button to enter the application page (this page can view the number of stages supported by the products and the installment service agreement). If it is not a white user, it will enter the reminder page to remind the user to open a white note.

3. Read the service agreement, check "I agree", click "Confirm", and then enter the order confirmation page to view the IOUs credit purchase service agreement.

4. Confirm that in the order page, besides commodity information, price, harvest information and invoice information, relatives and contacts are required items, including kinship, name and telephone number.

5. After confirming the order information, click the down payment, jump to the cashier in JD.COM, select Jingdong Payment, enter the SMS verification code, and the payment is successful.

Two, "installment" products refund, repayment and recovery methods

1. You can enter the order repayment page through the financial assets page of Jingdong White Bar +(PC), the financial App of Jingdong, the official account of WeChat for installment loan of White Bar, SMS reminder, etc.

2. You can click the button of "Return Machine Application" within the application time, and the recycler will process the user's return machine application. If the returned goods meet the standard, the recycler pays the final payment; If it does not meet the standard, the user is required to pay the final payment. (Shopping malls cooperate with recyclers to provide recycling services)

For example:

On April 28th, the user selected the products to be used in stages, with a down payment of 433.24 yuan, 469.88 yuan for each stage *8 stages. After paying the down payment, the order was successful.

The first repayment date of the user is May 28th, and the application time for returning the machine is 2065438+2007 65438+29 February-2065438+200865438+1October 28th (excluding the final payment);

The final payment is shown as the ninth installment in the bill, and the final payment amount is 200 yuan, which is different from the repayment amount of each installment;

The user repays the loan on time, and can only click "Return Application" and submit the goods recovery form after the application time for returning the machine;

After the recycler receives the machine, if it meets the recycling standards, the recycler shall bear the final payment; If the standard is not met, the user will continue to repay the balance.

3. In the order center of the mall, select the installment order and click Apply for Refund. You can check the progress and results of the refund application at any time.
