Short-term loans refer to all kinds of loans provided by enterprises to banks or other financial institutions with repayment period within one year in order to maintain the funds needed for normal production and operation or offset certain debts, mainly including operating revolving loans, temporary loans, settlement loans, discounted bills loans, seller's credit, advance deposit loans and special reserve loans. Funds borrowed by enterprises from banks, other financial institutions and other units include credit loans, mortgage loans and trust loans.
