Because folks often say that "there is no evil in the world, there is no town", all descendants of China are descendants of dragons. Its birthplace is Panlongcheng in Shekou, huangpi district, Wuhan City, Hubei Province. Huang Bei's word "evil" means that this place has hillsides, fertile fields, beautiful women and beautiful scenery, so it is called Huang Bei.
