What are the problems in farmers' entrepreneurship at present?
At present, the problems existing in farmers' entrepreneurship are:

(1) The strength of the project is not strong. Because most of the returning migrant workers have high school education or below, lack technical and management experience and marketing knowledge, and are influenced by production factors such as capital and factory buildings, most entrepreneurial projects have low starting point, weak strength, low scientific and technological content, serious product homogeneity and lack of market competitiveness.

(2) Lack of venture capital. The start-up funds of migrant workers returning to their hometowns are mainly limited self-owned accumulated funds. One-time investment such as renting space, purchasing equipment and raw materials requires a lot of money. Due to the lack of collateral and the restriction of rural credit conditions, it is difficult for enterprises to raise funds. For example, at present, there are only 65,438+10,000 yuan discount loans for small rural enterprises in Neijiang, and only 2 million yuan discount loans for intensive enterprises. Limited support, poor ability to resist risks and lack of follow-up funds for the project make it difficult for enterprises to maintain normal production and operation.

(3) The entrepreneurial environment is not excellent. Entrepreneurial projects returning home are mostly labor-intensive industries with high labor intensity. At the same time, due to the lack of supporting facilities such as rural transportation, logistics, water, electricity and communication, and the poor living environment, it is unattractive to migrant workers.

(4) Poor service flow. When migrant workers return to their hometowns to start small businesses, including operating individual industrial and commercial households, they need to issue proof of site and funds, go through procedures such as environmental assessment, fire safety permit, production permit, hygiene permit, building planning, design, industrial and commercial registration, etc., and transfer to multiple departments, lacking a simple and convenient one-stop service mechanism.
