3. Log in to personal online banking and report the loss in the menu of "Credit Card-Settings-Report the Loss".
4. Bring your ID card to ABC outlets for loss reporting and card replacement.
Once the loss reporting business is handled, it will take effect immediately and is irrevocable.
Loss reporting requires 50 yuan's loss reporting fee (platinum card and other special cards are free). We will bear the economic losses caused by the fraudulent use of the card after the loss report takes effect, and mail the new card to the customer in time.
