The process of making up the loan:

1, it is best to ask your new unit to pay you the provident fund in July;

2. The unit that makes up the provident fund will issue a supplementary explanation, and will say that it is because it is a new employee in xxx and missed the deposit period in July, and it will be paid in xx.

3. Take this certificate to the provident fund center for' reconsideration', and you can handle it after reconsideration.

Applying for a loan requires continuous payment of provident fund for more than 6 months. Do the math yourself. If there are other months to pay back, you will definitely not be approved.
