Pei Xiangzhai, born in 1907, is from Dongjia Village, Wei County. The enemies and puppets were very afraid of him. They made a wish to the officials, offered a reward for his capture and burned his property, which did not shake his determination to resist Japan at all. He said: "Those who are about to be killed and become people with lofty ideals are proud of giving up their lives for righteousness." 1in the spring of 945, he died heroically in the battle of Cai Xiaozhuang in Wei County, at the age of 37.
