You can redeem points through the following channels:

1. Palm Banking: Please log in to the Agricultural Bank of China Palm Banking APP and click "Credit Card → Points Rights".

2. Online banking: Please log in to Agricultural Bank of China’s personal online banking and click “Credit Card → Points → Redeem”.

3. Credit card WeChat: Please follow the "Agricultural Bank of China Credit Card" WeChat official account, click "Rights/Bills → My Points → Points Exchange" at the bottom of the page to submit a point redemption application.

4. SMS: Please use the mobile phone number reserved in the Agricultural Bank of China credit card system and send the SMS "CCJFDH#last four digits of card number#gift number (4 digits)#redemption quantity (2 digits)" to 1069095599 Submit an application for points exchange for gifts.

5. Customer service hotline: Please call the credit card customer service hotline 4006695599 to apply for points exchange for gifts.

6. Designated merchants: Please go to our bank’s points consumption cooperative merchants and redeem points through POS machines (for the list of points consumption cooperation merchants, please log in to the credit card page of our bank’s website).
