Article 8 stipulates: "When the applicant applies for a business guarantee loan, he and his spouse have no other loans except for student loans, poverty alleviation loans, house purchase loans, car purchase loans, and small consumer loans (including credit card consumption) of less than 50,000 yuan."

Article 9 stipulates: "The maximum amount of personal business guarantee loan shall not exceed 654.38+10,000 yuan." (Now it has been increased to 6.5438+0.5 million yuan)

Article 10 stipulates: "The interest rate of individual business guarantee loan shall be determined by not exceeding 1 percentage point on the basis of the benchmark interest rate of loans with the same term announced by the People's Bank of China on the signing date of the loan contract, and the term of a single loan shall generally not exceed 2 years."

Article 11 stipulates: "Personal business guarantee loans are fully discounted for two years".

The borrower shall prepare a copy of the business license, ID cards of both husband and wife, and marriage certificate (two copies of the above materials are required), and then submit the application through the WeChat applet of "Zibo Venture Discount Loan". The staff will provide on-site service and collect materials during the business project inspection.
